The main philosophies of Martial Arts are different than what most are lead to believe. It is not about fighting one another, the tallest Mountain anyone can ever climb is the self.

  • Meditation, Proper Rest, Relaxation
  • Positive Thinking, Compassion, and Proper Education as to Not Be Ignorant

What we see in the Media now a days are brutish people beating each other, which is okay. That is not what Martial Arts is all about.

Most of these awesome fighters have struggled with their inner selves and have climbed that Mountain to get where they are.

If we conquer our Minds, the Body will follow. The battle of Martial Arts conditioning is 90% mental and 10% physical.

Anyone who says other wise is a Master and not a Teacher. The difference between a Master and Teacher is as follows.

A Master hits a certain level in their training, then they allow their Ego to take over, and stop practicing, or believe that they have hit their highest pinnacle.

A Teacher is always a Student, constantly striving to be better and helping others do the same.

A Master on the other hand runs around putting out others candles to make his appear brighter.

The decision is yours to make, it is easy to be destructive, It takes true courage to be constructive and be positive.
