Get Shredded, Starting on Your Weight / Fat Loss Journey?
I am sharing one of my secrets that has helped many of my clients achieve the same safe 20 – 25 pound weight loss per month that I had over a decade ago.
The secret easy, and simple to follow, and becomes fun when we start to see results within the first couple weeks.
When we first start on our journey it is crucial to practice austerities with our practices so that we are successful with our goals
When performing cardio, we force our bodies to burn off excess calories. Finding how to optimise the burn off is the tricky part.
Having a competent strength training program to follow afterwards accelerates the process.
Lean muscle loves to eat fat, and uses it as a good source of fuel. The key is to get our bodies to enter and stay in fat burn mode.
Cardio burns fat, building muscle burns fat, the more muscle we build, the faster we burn fat during cardio sessions
My shredding secret doesn’t involve cutting calories, or starving ourselves. I have never starved myself on purpose to help weight loss.
Infact doing this tells the body to store whatever we eat next into fat, no matter how healthy it is.
I have done some insane fasts over the last 11 years, those where to gain higher control over the Mind Body to enable myself to practice further austerities with my training.
In Fact, the hollywood methods of shredding for a movie, a video shoot, or a bodybuilding competition are dangerous, and cause long term detriment to the Mind & Body.
The Secret to Shredding and loosing fat / weight loss
It is simple science, many people like to complicate it to get people caught up in their web of greed.
The science shows that in order to burn fat quickly, it is critical to is to do cardio for 45 minutes then immediately strength train.
Not everyone can get up and start running immediately, that is okay, there is a solution for that as well.
There are low impact methods of getting Cardio and Strength training in. I will list them in order of highest to lowest level of impact.
- Row Machine
- Stationary Bike
- Outdoor Biking
- HIIT Anaerobic Training (Boot Camp Style Classes) or QiGong WaiDanGong Hard style
- Trail Running
- Outdoor Running on Pavement
- Jump Rope
- HIIT Circuit Training w Trail/Pavement Running Combo
