Yoga Chakra are part of the Subtle, Astral body.

The energy from Kundalini gets funneled through the Dantian into the Nadis, the nervous system of the body.

The energy level, or flow varies depending on our level of consciousness. It is critical to practice the Eight Limbs Yoga

As practice of the Eight Limb Yoga become perpetual the practitioner gains more control over the flow of Kundalini through the Chakra.


Yoga Chakra open, close depending on mood, thoughts, previous impressions or memories.

An incorrect flow clogs the Kundalini throughout the body.

It is necessary to perform Kriyas to cleans the Mind and Body from previously exposed physical toxins, and impressions.

The Sutras guide Yogis through the mental cleansing process of toxic, negative thoughts, previous impressions, to change and be positive.

A perpetual Eight Limb Yoga practices grants the Yogi balance in life, the practices enable the Yogi to grow, from the inside out.

With higher level of Eight Limb Yoga practice, the Yogi gains the ability to control the flow of Kundalini through the Dantian.

Anahata – Heart

Anahata is responsible for feelings, intentions, positive judgments. Always follow the hearts positivity, without proper training the Mind is controlled by the ego.

Manipura is responsible for lower emotions, like lust, greed. If we do not control the our lower Minds urges the energy stored in the Dantian Manipura will be corrupted.

Swadhisthana –  LPHC

Swadhisthana is responsible for balance. It is the body’s center of gravity, movement. Swadhisthana is responsible for stabilizing fast or slow movement.

Muladhara  – Perineum

Muladhara Chakra sits at the base of the pelvis.  in the lower sacral plexus. It is responsible for storing the Kundalini when inactive
